ClearAd offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). If you are not completely satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first payment date for that subscription.

All payment transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for ClearAd subscriptions. This means:
ClearAd does not store your full card details. All card data is handled securely by Paddle under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 10% (A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999).
Refunds will be processed in AUD to your original payment method. ClearAd is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees or variances charged by your bank or card issuer.
